Beaver Dash Terms of Service

Last updated: April 24, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Beaver Dash platform ("Service"), a software-as-a-service product operated by FatLoon Corporation("FatLoon", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, connecting a Meta Business account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, the Meta Platform Terms, and the Meta Developer Policies.

2. Service Description

Beaver Dash is a dashboard that connects to your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad and page accounts to aggregate advertising performance, synchronize comments, analyze sentiment, trigger moderation actions you approve, and deliver alerts. Beaver Dash acts as a tool that operates on your behalf using the access you grant through Meta OAuth; it does not replace your obligations as the owner of your Meta assets.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • You must have the authority to grant Beaver Dash access to the Meta assets you connect.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your password.
  • You are responsible for all activity occurring under your workspace, including actions taken by team members you invite.

4. Meta Integration

By connecting a Meta Business account, you authorize Beaver Dash to act on your behalf within the scope of the permissions you grant. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Meta, not FatLoon, is the source of ad, comment, and page data. Data availability and accuracy depend on Meta’s Graph API.
  • You can revoke Beaver Dash’s access at any time from your Facebook settings; upon revocation the Service will cease functioning for your account.
  • Any action you trigger inside Beaver Dash (reply, hide, unhide, moderate) is performed under your Meta identity and is governed by Meta’s own terms.
  • Beaver Dash uses Meta data solely to provide the features you sign up for, consistent with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to access data belonging to any other Beaver Dash customer, or circumvent Beaver Dash’s tenant-isolation controls
  • Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or harvest-via-automation Meta user data beyond the scope Meta has approved for your connected account
  • Resell, white-label, or expose the Service to third parties without a written partnership agreement with FatLoon
  • Upload malware, interfere with the Service’s operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to FatLoon systems
  • Violate any applicable law, including data-protection, consumer, and export-control laws
  • Use Beaver Dash to moderate, hide, or reply to content on Meta in ways that violate Meta’s Community Standards or Advertising Policies

6. Plans, Trials, & Billing

  • Beaver Dash offers free-tier, paid, and invite-only plans. The features and limits of each plan are described in the Service and on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing.
  • Billing is processed by Stripe, Inc. on our behalf. Charges are in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes do not apply to already-paid-for periods.
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law. For product issues, contact support@fatloon.com.

7. Data, Privacy, & Security

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Beaver Dash encrypts Meta OAuth tokens at rest using AES-256-GCM, isolates each workspace by tenant ID, and takes commercially reasonable measures to protect your data. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy, Section 7); we complete deletion within 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Beaver Dash, its interface, source code, and branding are owned by FatLoon Corporation and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  • You retain all rights to your Meta data. You grant FatLoon a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
  • Aggregated, anonymized, non-identifying metrics (e.g., total comments processed across all customers) may be used by FatLoon for internal product improvement and public reporting.

9. Service Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Beaver Dash depends on third-party services (Meta Graph API, Supabase, Fly.io, Stripe, Resend) whose availability is outside our control. We may schedule planned maintenance and will provide reasonable notice where feasible.

10. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your workspace or by writing to support@fatloon.com.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law, Meta, or a payment provider.
  • Upon termination, your workspace data is deleted within 30 days except where law requires retention (see Privacy Policy, Section 6).

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. FatLoon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FatLoon harmless from any claim, damages, or costs arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your infringement of any third-party right, including Meta’s terms and any intellectual-property right of a third party.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer-protection law.

14. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to your workspace owner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
